Before it's too late and you miss.....


Just a word of appreciation, a pat on the back,
Is something we often fail or lack.

We keep it reserve for the day,
When that deserving soul is deaf to what we say.

A word of appreciation,a pat on the back, might have infused a new spark.

Just a  Well Done! once said , that the lost soul  parched to hark.

No matter how much you grieve,
But remember !
You did not give,
When you were expected to give.

No matter with how many embellishments you adorn,
That flicker will never be born.
For ever and ever that glimmer has gone.

Just a word of appreciation, a pat on the back ,
a laud may infuse a lot more than words can unpack.

Do not be a miser,
It's never wiser.
Always be generous in giving it,
Before it's too late and you miss.....

हैं न..... हक़ीक़त से परे ख़्वाबों में ज़िंदगी कितनी हसीन लगती हैं, न | पेड की छांव में बैठकर धूप कितनी अच्छी लगती हैं, न | भरे पेट भाषण देना कितना सरल होता हैं ,न |  तस्वीरों की तरह काश सच में मुस्कुराती तो लड़कियां कितनी अच्छी लगती, हैं न | जंगल में लगी आग दूर से देखने पर शायद रोशनी लगती हैं, न | हों अगर घर में ही दुश्मन तो फिर हर एक दुआ बददुआ लगती हैं, न |  आंख से जब आंसू छलकने लग जाएं तो हंसी कितनी अच्छी लगती हैं, न   बिछुड़  जाय  कोई  अपना  तो उसके साथ जी हुई जिंदगी कितनी कीमती लगती हैं, न  | होता गर जिंदगी के उस पार  बिछुड़े हुओं से मिल पाना सम्भव तो जिंदगी कितनी लंबी लगती हैं, न | डॉ.  मिली टंडन  10.06.2022
